 El dia de Sant Jordi

Sant Jordi és molt especial

ja que aquest dia està ple de regals

Petons, abraçades i amor,

la gent està de bon humor.

És un dia ple d´alegria.

Hi ha tanta gent al carrer

que tot és una bogeria

Amb el teu estimat o estimada

hi passaràs una bona diada.

Sant Jordi

Avui és dia de Sant Jordi

i no tindràs cap incordi .

Avui tots feliços estareu

menja molt bo tots gaudireu.

Per tots un llibre de regal

que de segur us traurà el mal

i les roses per les noies

que veuran bondat a colles.

Qui Jocs Florals guanyarà

un bon premi es portarà

un punt de llibre molt bonic

per a un llibre divertit.

Per acabar aquest poema,

no et desviessis del tema,

el Sant Jordi mola, no?

Doncs avui trobaràs tot el millor.

Després d'un treball magnífic de les classes de 5è, aquest ha estat el poema guanyador de 5èA.

És meravellós 

És meravellós escoltar,

escoltar com canta 

És meravellós escoltar com canta 

Quan li toco la panxa.

Li faig pessigolles amb els dits

I quan està avorrida li faig pessics

Damunt d’un escenari es llueix

Comença a sonar i la música flueix.

Les seves cordes ondulen 

Com les notes d’una partitura

Negres , blanques,  corxeres i fuses !

Totes juntes elles ballen !

LA BIBLIOTECA

Llocs silenciosos i tranquils

amb butaques i cadires infantils.

Tauletes i i-pads per mirar,

ordinadors i portàtils per consultar.

Contes i llibres per estudiar,

còmics i revistes per observar.

Diaris i encreuats per tafanejar,

sopes de lletres i dibuixos per pintar.

Grans i petits podran gaudir

de les meravelles que hi ha allà dins

si no vols molestar

amb silenci hauràs d’estar.

                   TARZAN

Una de les cançons que més ens agrada de l'obra de Tarzan és Run, Monkey, Run. És molt fàcil però molt divertida.

Don’t (1) the hunter his fun, fun, fun.

Bang, bang, bang, bang goes the hunter’s (2) !

He’ll (4) without his monkey (5) .

TARZAN

El proper 5 d’abril les classes de 4t anem al teatre a veure una obra de teatre en anglès. Hem treballat les cançons i la història del Tarzan. Diu així:

Tarzan lives in the jungle in Africa. He has a lot of friends. His best friend is a monkey

called Cheetah. Tarzan likes living in the jungle. He is very happy.

Jane is a photographer. She lives in London but today she is in the jungle. She wants to take photographs of monkeys. Jane is travelling with a guide called Clayton. He is not a nice person. He is a hunter. He is also an expert on surviving in the jungle. Jane doesn’t know that Clayton’s favourite food is monkey!

One day Tarzan and Jane meet in the jungle. Tarzan likes Jane and Jane likes Tarzan. But Jane doesn’t like Tarzan’s smell! Tarzan never washes his body, cleans his teeth or combs his hair!

So, Tarzan needs help from his animal friends. He needs to learn about personal hygiene. The elephant teaches him to wash his body. The crocodile teaches him to clean his teeth. The lion teaches him to comb his hair.

Meanwhile, someone needs to teach Clayton that killing animals for fun is not nice! Maybe Mister Crocodile has an idea…

Our favourite experiment

Dissecting a chicken leg

We like this experiment because is very interesting and we

could see the interior of the chicken and it had bones, tendons and muscles. The bones had a stranger white liquid.

To do this experiment we need a chicken leg, a knife,  scissors and forceps.

STEPS:

-First step: place the chicken leg, skin side up.

-Second step: turn the chicken leg over.

-Third step: turn the chicken leg to the skin up position.

-Fourth step: remove the remainder of the skin.

-Fifth step: pick up the leg and bend the joint.

-Sixth step: using scissors, carefully cut away some of the muscle to expose tendons (white areas of the muscle) that connect the muscle to the bone.

-Seventh step: carefully cut away the muscle, fat, tendons, etc. To expose as much of the bone and joint as possible.

-Eighth step: carefully break the hinge joint.

-Ninth step: carefully break the largest bone. Do not crush the bone.

-Tenth step: review the various parts of the skeletal system and how the systems work together.
